The size of poster boards is 120 x 120 [cm x cm]

Date and time of each presentation can be found in the seminary programme which has already been presented (see PROGRAMME ).

Duration of the presentations is limited. Because of a large number of accepted papers we have to limit the time of presentation. Invited lecturers have at their disposal 30 minutes (lecture) + 5 minutes for discussion, while the time for presentation of contributions is 15 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion.

Two kinds of projectors are available:
- overhead projector
- digital projector

Formal poster session is planned on Thursday, September 6 (from 4 pm till 6 pm) but the people who present the posters are asked to hang them already on the 1st day in the Poster Room.

The posters are welcomed to be presented in the poster room for a longer period of time not only during the formal session.
